The head of the restaurant is Romas Zakarevičius, and the executive chef – Linas Bražinskas – has been working in the restaurant Stikliai for more than 20 years. Together with kitchen virtuosos form France, Belgium, Italy and other countries, our chef is constantly acquiring new experience and discovering novelty cooking secrets. World-famous people as well as guests of the hotel and the restaurant all enjoy the dishes prepared.
Special attention is paid to the Stikliai wine list – it developed in cooperation with the restaurant’s kitchen, sommelier and Italian and French wine-makers. Certainly, wine hits of the season are selected according to the given menu.
