A traditional food restaurant Stiklių Aludė, located next to the hotel, is a place where you can enjoy the best meals the local cuisine has to offer: meals that are a part of the national heritage and food from the interwar period are all worth a try.

Our renowned chef

The head of the restaurant is Romas Zakarevičius, and the executive chef – Linas Bražinskas – has been working in the restaurant Stikliai for more than 20 years. Together with kitchen virtuosos form France, Belgium, Italy and other countries, our chef is constantly acquiring new experience and discovering novelty cooking secrets. World-famous people as well as guests of the hotel and the restaurant all enjoy the dishes prepared.

Special attention is paid to the Stikliai wine list – it developed in cooperation with the restaurant’s kitchen, sommelier and Italian and French wine-makers. Certainly, wine hits of the season are selected according to the given menu.

Meals included in the national heritage

Our guests are attracted the most by high-quality Lithuanian food: cold beetroot soup, pancakes, sausages, dumplings, while our “Zeppelins” are said to be the tastiest in the whole town. Meals based on interwar recipes are marked with oak-leaf icons in the menu. Greens, spices, vegetables and berries arrive at the kitchen from the Stikliai subsistent farm. The food may be of the old days, but the approach to it is modern.

``From a seedling, to your table``

The kitchen at the Stikliai has been famous for its top-of-the-class food, masterpieces of French and Lithuanian cuisine, and special atmosphere for several decades.

We use top-notch products, and most vegetables, fruits, berries, and spices are grown at a 2.5 ha. farm in Dubingiai. “From a seedling, to your table”– such is the motto of the chefs at the Stikliai kitchen.
The head of the restaurant is Romas Zakarevičius, and the head chef Linas Bražinskas has been working here for over 20 years. The main menu of the restaurant is updated with every season.

A place for your events

Stiklių aludė (Stikliai Tavern), together with its rich menu of delectable meals and an updated modern interior, decorated with traditional straw ornaments, clay sculptures, and linen tablecloths, is the location that represents our country, culture and traditions at the highest level to both local and foreign guests. The restaurant basically is on the first floor, but you can also have a dinner or lunch in an authentic, XVII century cellar.

According to the needs of our guests, there is a possibility to arrange concerts of folks ensembles, including national games and other entertainments.)

Catering Service

Ever since the Stikliai was founded, it has hosted many important events: meetings of the members of the Sąjūdis, honourable receptions by Lithuanian presidents, momentous dinners. Art exhibitions, presentations of various novelties, cultural events and lavish carnivals and parties take place here, as well.
The Stikliai organises weddings, anniversaries and family gatherings. Guests are presented with a number of menu options – from one-bite sandwiches and main courses, to desserts. Sommelier and florist services are also offered to make the celebration remarkable and exceptional.
