Our renowned chef

The head of the restaurant is Romas Zakarevičius, and the executive chef – Linas Bražinskas – has been working in the restaurant Stikliai for more than 20 years. Together with kitchen virtuosos form France, Belgium, Italy and other countries, our chef is constantly acquiring new experience and discovering novelty cooking secrets. World-famous people as well as guests of the hotel and the restaurant all enjoy the dishes prepared.

Special attention is paid to the Stikliai wine list – it developed in cooperation with the restaurant’s kitchen, sommelier and Italian and French wine-makers. Certainly, wine hits of the season are selected according to the given menu.

Most vegetables, fruits, berries and spices are grown at a 2.5 ha. farm in Dubingiai.

The main menu of the restaurant is updated every season, after gathering new ideas from France or other locales all over Europe and collaborating with a Chef Jean-Francois Rouquette, who is in charge of a Michelin evaluated restaurant in France.

The kitchen at the Stikliai has been famous for its top-of-the-class food, masterpieces of French and Lithuanian cuisine, and special atmosphere for several decades.

We use top-notch products, and most vegetables, fruits, berries, and spices are grown at a 2.5 ha. farm in Dubingiai. “From a seedling, to your table”– such is the motto of the chefs at the Stikliai kitchen.

Ever since the Stikliai was founded, it has hosted many important events: meetings of the members of the Sąjūdis, honourable receptions by Lithuanian presidents, momentous dinners. Art exhibitions, presentations of various novelties, cultural events and lavish carnivals and parties take place here, as well.
The Stikliai organises weddings, anniversaries and family gatherings. Guests are presented with a number of menu options – from one-bite sandwiches and main courses, to desserts. Sommelier and florist services are also offered to make the celebration remarkable and exceptional.
